Tombow Dual Tip vs. Crayola Markers | First Impression Thorough Review

Tombow Dual Tip vs. Crayola Markers | First Impression Thorough Review

Hello everyone!

It's been a while! I’m finally settling into the change of the seasons both literally and figuratively. This Autumn weather has me ready to cozy up with some fun lettering and illustrations.

I had these Tombow markers in my art supplies and was pleasantly surprised to find this unique box of Crayola in the store. ‘Very excited to see this huge range of color! So I decided to see how the timeless Crayola markers stand up to the fan-favorite Tombow.

I also conducted a water-test with the markers to show that you can create “paintings” with the markers as they are water-soluble.

The markers featured in this video are: Tombow Dual Tip “Portrait Palette" and Crayola “Colors of the World”. Tombow markers are specifically designed to do lettering art in addition to illustration, as they are brush markers, while the Crayola are not… However, as seen in this video, one can do “faux lettering” with the Crayola markers!

Whether you are a hobbyist, a student, an artist/illustrator, or a teacher shopping for art supplies— or even if you’re just here for the fun jazz music in the video background :) I hope you find this video enjoyable and helpful.

Peace and Blessings!

Lovingly,

Abigail

“After this I saw a vast crowd, too great to count, from every nation and tribe and people and language, standing in front of the throne and before the Lamb. They were clothed in white robes and held palm branches in their hands.” (Revelation 7:9a NLT)
